The diet can be accessed on the website or it will be sent in staggered days, daily, by email and/or by SMS to the email address and/or phone number mentioned in the order.

When generating a diet, your answers to the questionnaire on the website are taken into account. If the diet contains a food that you do not tolerate, it was most likely mentioned to be included in the food plan. In this situation, we recommend that you replace it with another, provided that it is equivalent.
